Rustam Minnikhanov awarded Naila Garayeva with the "Duslyk" Order"

Today, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov presented state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. The ceremony was held in the Kazan Kremlin. The event is timed to coincide with Spring and Labor Day and Victory Day.

Naila Garayeva, an actress of the Kamal State Academic Theatre, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, People's Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan, was awarded the Order "Duslyk" prize.
