The heroes of the drama “The Friendly Converstion” by the classic Tatar dramaturgy Tufan Minnullin have appeared on the Kamal stage more than once. The first staging of Minnullin's play was in 1977, with the participation of the famous Shchepkin residents and the best actors of the troupe, was carried out by the theatre's chief director Marcel Salimzhanov. For the second time, in 2008, young graduates Farid Bikchantaev “kneaded” the life story of representatives of the Tatar creative intelligentsia in a graduation performance.

In 2024, almost half a century after the first premiere, the artist, singer, poet and composer will appear on stage again and continue the conversation on eternal topics. The questions that the theatre will try to answer will never lose relevance: what is real art, what is real recognition, how to remain a real creator, how to preserve your real self...
